Free Daily Bike Hire - Bicycle SA Adelaide City Bikes are free to hire between 9am - 4.30pm from Bicycle SA, 111 Franklin Street. Hire includes the use of a helmet and if required a bicycle lock. A current passport or drivers license must be deposited by each user at the time of hire. If you wish to hire the bicycles overnight please contact Bicycle SA on 08 8168 9999 to arrange a quote.

The City Skate Park located on North Terrace adjacent to the Morphett Street Bridge is a street style skate facility at which skaters of all ages test their skills on features such as a funbox, steps and blocks, seat grind, transition run and flat ramp combinations. There is also a three- on- three basketball court. City SK8 provides a space for young people to meet and a facility for them to recreate and showcase their skating and BMX talents. A range of activities and events are held in the summer months.

Managed Taxi Ranks
Managed taxi ranks are safer places to wait for your taxi after a night out in the City:

On Friday and Saturday nights (11pm – 3am) these ranks are operated by the Taxi Council SA and staffed with a concierge and a security officer. Each of the managed taxi ranks is well-lit and monitored by closed-circuit TV cameras.
