Andrew is a lecturer in Interior Architecture and Sustainable Design at UniSA.He has practiced as a designer in Adelaide, Sydney and London since 1984 and has been responsible for the design and delivery of projects ranging in scale from small consumer products to developing a design strategy for the London Underground system.
He has a 20 year involvement in the music industry in Sydney and Adelaide in his capacity as jazz dance dj and was a formative influence in establishing the jazz and latin dance scene in both cities.
In his capacity as an academic Andrew's particular research interests are in sustainability, he is a pioneer of sustainable interior design and of late has turned his interest to communities of all scales, from workplace communities to precincts such as the West End of Adelaide. He continues to provoke discussion in regards to urban redevelopment in the city through both his teaching and research work and speaks nationally on the topic of sustainability and the west end.

Felicity Sando, is a Partner with the architecture + design firm Mulloway Studio, and has been an executive member of the AWEA since 2009.
She brings to the AWEA her experience in management and working on urban, community, interpretive, cultural and historic design projects both locally, interstate and overseas. She is also an active participant in teaching architecture at University with a particular focus on adaptive re-use and interpretation of cultural and historic sites.
Together with Mulloway Studio, who have been resident in the West End since 2000, she takes a keen interest in developing Adelaide’s West End as a creative, active and vital community.

Daniel is the General Manager of Music SA (formerly Ausmusic SA), providing education training and development for the South Australian Contemporary Music Industry. With a background in economics and finance, Daniel took over as GM of Music SA in 2005 and has been pleased to oversee a period of considerable sustained growth for the company which delivers ongoing programs including accredited training, professional development programs and small festivals.
Daniel has been involved with the SA Music Industry for over 10 years as an artist and artist manager, and more recently as a Director of JL Music Publishing. Daniel is passionate about the development of the South Australian Music Industry and live music scene, many of whose major venues are contained within Adelaide's West End.

Arna's family migrated to Australia from Germany in the 1950s, settling in Port Augusta, and later moving to Adelaide. Arna studied for a Politics degree at the University of Adelaide, performing with the Footlights Club on campus and with various bands around town, including West End venues such Lark and Tina's, Club Foote, Sinatra's and Countdown.
A founding member and Chair of the South Australian Music Industry Association, in 1991 Arna launched dB Magazine, a free street press publication which acknowledged and covered the local music and arts industries. The business has operated from the west end of Hindley Street since that time. Arna is also (founding) Chair of SA Music, and is currently teaching Public Relations and Media Management at the University of South Australia.
Arna joined the AWEA in 2002 and has served as President of the Association for three terms, and was instrumental in developing the West End Music Festival. In 2000, Arna was awarded a Centenary Medal for Services to the Music Industry.

Ralph Clarke, works as a self employed Industrial Relations Advocate in the City ( since 2003)where he has his own practice. Ralph has previously been a State Member of the SA Parliament ( 1993 – 2002) and was Deputy Leader of the State Parliamentary Labor Party 1994 – 1997. In 2007 Ralph was elected an Area Councillor for the Adelaide City Council until 2010 when he unsuccessfully ran for the office of Lord Mayor. Ralph was a trade union official for 20 years prior to entering Parliament and was secretary of the then Federated Clerk’s Union of Australia SA Branch ( now known as the Australian Services Union) , and served as the National President of the Union prior to entering Parliament.
